Membership is not health insurance. Labs, imaging, medications, procedures, specialist or hospital care, and other non-covered services are billed separately. Together, you and Dr. Parham create personalized care plans to address your health needs and goals. This includes individualized dietary, supplement, and fitness programs.
Direct Communication During Business Hours
Members have a direct line to Parham Concierge Medicine during business hours. By selecting option 2 when calling, members can connect directly with Dr. Parham’s office or mobile phone. In the event you must leave a message, your phone call will be returned promptly. Members can also message Dr. Parham directly through the patient portal for added convenience.
Improved Communication and Coordination
Direct access to Dr. Parham makes it easier to ask questions, follow up on care, and stay informed about your health. When specialty care is needed, Dr. Parham can also communicate directly with specialists and other healthcare providers to help keep your care coordinated and comprehensive.
Faster Access to Specialists
With one-on-one care, Dr. Parham can quickly arrange visits to Chattanooga specialists, labs, and imaging centers – often at lower costs. While the concierge membership primarily covers enhanced primary care, a key benefit is Dr. Parham’s hands-on role in coordinating and facilitating all aspects of your specialty care.
Same-Day or Next-Business-Day Appointments
We will do our best to see you for an urgent medical issue (with the exception of your annual exam) on the same day or next business day. Our goal is to reduce urgent care and emergency room visits
After-Hours Communication for Urgent Issues
Concierge patients have direct access to Dr. Parham for urgent medical issues that arise outside regular office hours. We make every effort to respond promptly and coordinate your care when you are ill or injured. For true emergencies, always call 911 first.
Little or No Wait Times and Longer Appointments
Our goal is for office visits to start promptly. Appointments will generally be scheduled for 30 or 60 minutes, depending on the complexity and number of concerns we are discussing. Our aim is to afford you the time to thoroughly address all your questions and concerns, with the compassionate attention you deserve.
Extended Office Hours
While most appointments are scheduled during regular office hours, Dr. Parham understands that health needs don’t always follow a schedule. When needed, after-hours appointments may be available for a $250 Non-Covered Appointment Fee, discounted to $125 for Signature Concierge Members.
Wellness-Focused
Your whole health matters. Dr. Parham provides tailored care plans to address every aspect of your health and wellness, including individualized treatments, diet, and exercise programs.
Virtual Consultations and Long-Distance Care
Whether you’re traveling, splitting time between residences, or otherwise unable to come into the office in Chattanooga, Dr. Parham offers virtual consultations on a case-by-case basis and subject to applicable state law requirements. If in-person care is deemed necessary by Dr. Parham, he’ll help coordinate with a local provider to ensure your needs are met and your care remains seamless.
House Calls
If you are ill or otherwise unable to come to the office, a house call may be available on a case-by-case basis. House calls are subject to a $250 Non-Covered Appointment Fee, discounted to $125 for Signature Concierge Members.

At Parham Concierge Medicine, Dr. Bernard Parham provides the highest quality care for adults, including prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of illnesses, including complex chronic diseases as well as specialized men’s and women’s health services.
Pricing and Financing
With Parham Concierge Medicine, insurance plans that require costly premiums, high deductibles, and co-pays are not accepted. Instead, patients pay for the care that they need when they need it. We also offer Cherry financing as a flexible payment option. With Cherry, you can split your annual membership or treatment costs into smaller, manageable monthly installments.
